Marilyn has a natural ability to inspire her audience to reach out for their “North Star” in order to experience long-term fulfillment in their lives and careers.

With over 30 years of experience working in Information Technology, Marilyn is a fierce leader who knows how to navigate the challenges of working in a male-dominated industry. Her Boomerang Leadership System is based on her own experience as a minority woman leader who created and managed high-performing cohesive technical teams for over 15 years.

Aside from her long career as a woman of color in IT, Marilyn is known for her philanthropic efforts. From overcoming adversity to taking her power back, Marilyn stands firm as a servant leader with a proven track record of leading herself and others toward fulfillment through acts of service. A breast cancer survivor, Marilyn has channeled her resilience into leading a global movement to end the cycle of poverty among Haitian children through education, nutrition, and healthcare.

Marilyn’s coaching practice is focused on helping individuals shift their mindset towards success, positivity, and abundance. She excels in facilitating engaging and results-driven workshops and masterminds that provide a safe space for adults to show up authentically, and create a new version of themselves that will support them with reaching their goals and achieving their greatest potential.

Marilyn's extensive educational background includes an Honorary Doctorate in Ministry, an MBA, a Bachelor's in Computer Science, and an Associate in Computer Engineering. She holds several post-masters certificates in Information Technology and Executive Coaching.

She is a native of Haiti, and speaks four languages—English, French, Spanish, and Creole—Marilyn resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in volunteering, traveling, reading, dancing, and spending quality time with her three grandchildren.
