I am a Mindset Empowerment Expert who coaches high-achieving professional women to adopt a new mindset that empowers them to discover and embrace their identity, claim their power, and step into their purpose. I am a dynamic speaker and a catalyst for transformation and empowerment.

I have a natural ability to inspire my audience to reach out for their “North Star” in order to experience long-term fulfillment in their lives and careers.

With over 30 years of experience working in Information Technology, I am a fierce leader who knows how to navigate the challenges of working in a male-dominated industry. My Boomerang Leadership System is based on my own experience as a minority woman leader who created and managed high-performing cohesive technical teams for over 15 years.

Aside from my long career as a woman of color in IT, I am deeply committed to philanthropic efforts. From overcoming adversity to reclaiming my power, I stand firm as a servant leader with a proven track record of guiding myself and others toward fulfillment through acts of service. As a breast cancer survivor, I have channeled my resilience into leading a global movement to break the cycle of poverty among Haitian children through education, nutrition, and healthcare.

My coaching practice is centered on helping individuals shift their mindset toward success, positivity, and abundance. I specialize in facilitating engaging and results-driven workshops and masterminds that provide a safe space for adults to show up authentically and create a new version of themselves—one that supports them in reaching their goals and achieving their greatest potential.

My extensive educational background includes an Honorary Doctorate in Ministry, an MBA, a Bachelor's in Computer Science, and an Associate in Computer Engineering. I also hold several post-master’s certificates in Information Technology and Executive Coaching.

I am a native of Haiti and fluent in four languages—English, French, Spanish, and Creole. I currently reside in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in volunteering, traveling, reading, dancing, and spending quality time with my three grandchildren.
